Your team website.
One public page listing every event your team runs.
Your team can have one public page that lists every event it runs, at /o/your-team. It is free, it fills itself in from your events, and it stays private until you publish it.
Where it lives
Choose Team Website in the sidebar. It opens the Team Website Builder, with a live preview of the page next to a Customization panel.
Administrators, editors and the team owner can build and publish the team website. Members do not see it in the sidebar.
The builder
The panel has the same five tabs as the event website builder:
- Page: the Display name at the top of the page (leave it empty to use your team name), a one-line Tagline that is also the summary shown when the link is shared, the event sections, a banner and a background. The logo comes from your team settings.
- Colors: the page colors, set separately for light and dark mode, and the corner roundness.
- Typography: the heading and body fonts and their sizes.
- Themes: ready-made color presets.
- Settings: the page's web address, with a button to copy it.
Visitors can switch the page between light and dark with the sun and moon switch in its top bar, so check your colors in both modes.
What it lists
The page sorts your events into three sections by date: Happening now, Upcoming and Past. In the builder, each section has a switch to show or hide it and a Heading you can rename. A section with no events in it is hidden.
Only published and completed events appear. Drafts and cancelled events never do, and neither does the example event every new team starts with. The Past section shows your 12 most recent finished events. Older ones still have their own event pages.
Each event card links to that event's own page, where people read the details and register.
Publishing
The team website stays private until you press Publish in the builder. Until then its address shows a not-found page. Once it is live, the builder shows View page and Unpublish.
When someone who can edit the team views the live page while signed in, an Edit page button takes them back to the builder.
The address
The address comes from your team's URL name, the Slug under Team Information in team settings. A personal team starts with a random one, so set something readable before you publish. Changing it later breaks links you have already shared. See teams and roles.
Keeping an event off it
Every event is listed by default. To leave one off, open the event's Settings and turn off Show on team website under Team Website. The event's own page is not affected.
The switch works before the team website is published too, so you can tidy the list first and publish when it looks right.
