Single day or multi-day, from a template

Start from the Single Day or Multi Day Conference template and the structure is already there: Early Bird, Regular, and VIP tiers, plus day-specific tickets like Day 1 Only for multi-day programs. A ticket that is only valid for Day 2 simply will not scan on Day 1, and your crew does not have to memorize anything.

Badges that arrive before the attendee does

Every registration gets a QR ticket by email with a printable PDF badge attached. Attendees walk in with the badge on their phone or on paper, and either one scans. Registration questions capture the details you need for the program, like company, role, or meal preference, and the answers export alongside the guest list.

Check-in desks that keep a line moving

Set up a terminal for each entrance or registration desk, and every check-in is tagged with where it happened. Your team scans from their own phones or laptops, duplicate detection catches a ticket that has already been used, and the searchable guest list handles the attendee whose phone just died.

If the venue Wi-Fi buckles under a thousand phones, scans queue on each device and sync when the connection recovers.

Numbers for the post-mortem

Attendance by day, check-ins by entrance, no-show counts, and CSV exports of the full guest list with every registration answer. When the committee asks how Day 2 compared to Day 1, the answer is a chart, not a guess.
