Race categories as ticket tiers

Set up 5K, 10K, and 21K as ticket tiers on one event, each with its own price and its own capacity limit. When a distance fills up, registration for it closes automatically and the other categories keep selling. No overselling, no waitlist spreadsheet.

Start from the Athletic Event template and the tiers, schedule, and check-in setup come pre-configured. Rename the distances and you are ready to open registration.

Race kits without the pickup-day chaos

Add race-kit claiming as its own schedule alongside race day. Runners show the same QR ticket at kit pickup and at the start line, and each scan is recorded separately, so you always know who has claimed a kit and who still has not. The night before the race, export the list and see exactly how many kits are left to hand out.

A start line with no signal

Start lines are parking lots, beaches, and back roads at five in the morning. Signal is not guaranteed, so the scanner does not depend on it. Scans queue on your crew's phones when the connection drops and sync automatically when it comes back, and duplicate checks keep running against the guest list stored on each device.

Any phone with a camera works as a scanner. Marshals use their own devices, and there is no hardware to rent, charge, or return.

After the gun goes off

Check-in stats show who actually showed up per category, and CSV exports give you attendance lists you can hand to your timing provider or sponsors. Registration questions collect shirt sizes and emergency contacts up front, so the data is already in one place instead of scattered across form responses.
